After he calls your 3-bet I'm not even sure you are ahead of his range anymore. I would just call the raise and lead out with a PSB on any blank turn.

As played I c/c a small bet on the river. I don't think any worse hand will call your shove.

edit: Another option would be to make a blocking bet on the river. I think I actually like this better.

even against his lame ass minraise? I usually peg the guys that open limp otb as loose/retarded until they prove otherwise. I dont get why the turn would be a blocking bet, I thought it was for value?
