Default Line Shopping - Pin vs. Bodog

The main two books I use are Pinnacle and Bodog. I am constantly wondering which line is more beneficial to take. Pinnacle has a better line around 80% of the time, due to its lower juice, but Bodog offers a 10% reload bonus, so it is in my best interest to try to use Bodog more often and get that 10% reload.

My rule of thumb so far is to take the Pinnacle line if it the lines are the same but the juice is more than 3% difference, and take the Bodog line for everything else. For differing lines, I try to make a (bad) guesstimation on which line is better(i.e. in NFL, +3.5 -112 at Pinnacle vs +3 -105 on Bodog, I take the Pinnacle line).

I know there are probably detailed calculations, but I don't think I can delve TOO far into those, as I am a somewhat casual bettor. I am looking for some general breakpoints or rules of thumb for common spreads in NFL and NBA. Thanks in advance.
