Easy fold. The betpotbutton makes this bet less readable, thus no reason to think he's trying to push you out w/ large bet.

I looks like me and utg don't have anything, so to me it really looks like he is trying to buy the pot.

Why would he bet so much if he had a pair? I mean, he has very little behind so it's not like he needs to bet for protection or anything.
