PAHud Display on FTP 5max tables

Whenever I play on one of those custom tables or whatever on FTP, my layout gets all screwed up. The stats are out of place, and the mucked cards appear on the wrong seats. Is there anyway to fix this?

I noticed that when I look at the list of tables on PA Hud, these types of tables are listed as NL($10) and not 6m tables. Has anybody else had this problem?
