This looks good. If he had a 3 that sucks but oh well....that's one reason why we have 20 buy-in bankrolls.

It looks good to me. Any raise you make means you're going to be all-in on river. And raising all-in to 40 is about a pot sized raise. And against this guy he'll probably call it just as often as a smaller raise. I like it. Looks fairly standard to me.
