Default NL200 | TPTK vs. donk I was waiting to stack

Villain is 55/22/1.7 and losing a lot (700 hands).

I've been thinking the turn a lot, but I'll make this street by street to get your input on bet-sizing the flop. I'll fast forward preflop though since I assume it is so standard, feel free to comment on that, too.

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $119.40
CO: $98.26
Button: $138.15
Hero: $208.60
BB: $71.08

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises to $8</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $24</font>, BB folds, Button calls.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($50, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets 30$</font>

Obviously bet, but how much? Villain has 114$ behind, so potting commits. That's not bad per se, since I'm not planning on going anywhere against this villain. I just chose my standard cbet of around 2/3 the pot here.

As to what comes to his range, this villain calls preflop with most of his opening range (I'd say up to 80%).

I have a bad habit of not thinking enough in big pots. Here I didn't think about my bet size too much, I remember only thinking that open pushing folds out all worse and none of the better. What all SHOULD I have thought?

So you lost this pot, but still you played it fine;
you usually wanna bet more than half pot on the turn though.
As you said villian is bad and therefore you want to get
your money in with tptk and lots of outs if you should be
behind. It was fine, stop bothering, move on.

Ok. I wasn't second guessing anything but the bet-sizing, and I gather it was ok, maybe a touch more on turn.

Now just for fun: what did villain have? Hint: there was no deception in any of his actions.

No beef other than betsizing, really. I've made some gross errors in that department in the past, apparantly this one was ok.
