100PLO: 3-bet AAxx flop 2 hands

Hero has been fairly tight and hasn't 3-bet much, but has been 3betting.

Opps are both pretty loose and will call 3bets with anything they opened w/... in or out of position. Opp 1 is fairly passive postflop (.8 or so over less than 100). Opp 2 is standard aggro (2.5 or so over ~150).

What is the plan for each hand?

Hand 1 is a 4-bet preflop. I lead out for 2/3 the pot on flop as 5678 is a small part of villian's overall range. Fold to raise.
