Scottish, not so good.

French is also nice. I don't care what accent swedish chicks have because they are all so damn good looking.

I don’t think any one could find a Birmingham accent sexy or a Newcastle one either.
My choices Scarlet O’Hara type deep south
South west English Devon Cornwall area
and I know it’s strange but Bronx with a high pitched voice.
