3/6 Limit hold'em at Casinos

My question is at the Casino's in 3/6 Limit, whats the best way to keep track of your 9hrs of play. besides time in and out and bankroll starting with, Like for instance online it's easy to download the entire session, to see what cards you should of folded and what kind of players you were playing.

pen and paper...seriously...just be kinda discreet, maybe take notes on some specific hands during bathroom/food breaks or something...
