Default NL 200; top pair against super loose player

Stats on juicy villain were 77, 15, 1.4, over 131 hands. My image was tight, not that he was paying attention to anything. I hadnt seen this guy raise up till this point, so I was a little worried. On the river i was actually gonna try to check raise him, but he checked. How do you guys feel about the way I played the flop and turn?

77, 15, 1.4, 131

Preflop is fine obv. I'd raise 25%/check 75%. Flop looks good. Turn looks good, I might fold to a 3/4 psb. River I'd lead 95%. $99.

He is pretty passive so I'd bet river into him like Novles said ~100$ seems right.

Raise to $12 PF. Flop and turn are fine. Bet the river because he is a passive station (and we know he checked behind...lol...do yourself a favor and leave that action out next time).

Given villain is so passive, what is he raising the flop with?

Bet river to value town AT/A4 and because he won't bluff flush draws.
