Tell me where to go on vacation - $100 to winner

I need some help on deciding where my girlfriend and I are going to go on vacation this summer (beginning of July for about a week). Our original plan was to go on a cruise somewhere in the Caribbean but unfortunately the cruise lines require that someone in each room be at least 21 ... and I am only 20.

So I am looking for somewhere warm/not humid to go spend a week or so at. It has to have fun stuff for the younger crowd, but not be some stupid party spot like Virgina Beach or something retarded. My price range is around $1,000 all together or around $1,300 max. If that means I can only go for less time instead of a week, that's fine.

A location that has a card room nearby that allows under 21 would be awesome, but not required - because it is a vacation.

With this thread I am automatically assuming my vacation will be in the United States - I cannot afford airfare to leave the country. Besides maybe Mexico.
