Default install shield help

I recently wrote a MSVC++ app...

However, I don't have InstallShield...

Anyone know how I would, therefore, bundle this stupid
thing up and make it available for others to download
and install on their stupid PC's???

In layman's terms...

I wrote a program in Microsoft's Visual C++ environment.
However, I don't know how to wrap it all up nice and
neat so that it installs and gets its own desktop icon
and place on the start->menu and all that.

Does anyone have this expertise on here?
