Had this discussion with some friends yesterday. Here was the consensus:

Female: Rachel Dratch

Male: Benicio Del Toro

I'm pretty sure these will be hard to beat, but I'm willing to be proven wrong.

Why is Benecio del Toro on there? So many women I know think he is a very good looking man and I as well think he is handsome (I know you won't but others can shout, "gay!" haha) There are so many ugly celebrities, even great actors like Steve Buscemi would fit this bill, del Toro is not one of them.

Christine Baranski is a truly hideous human specimen, I'm still not sure how she was ever allowed to be on television.
