Default Re: Outs Chart in Professional No Limit Hold\'em--Is it correct?

I know this will be viewed as nick pickie and persnickity, but I think that this kind of information should be accurate and never open to question.

PNLH has an outs chart that gives odds/percentages for your outs. Problem I found is that it conflicts with information from other charts that I've collected from the web.

PNLH says that 9 outs is 33.67% to hit on the turn or river. Three other charts say the percentage is 35. Rounding doesn't solve the problem.

PNLH says that 5 outs is 19.56% to hit on the turn or river. My three charts put that percentage at 20.4 or 20.35 or 20.3.

The issue is not whether the difference is negligible, but whether it is correct. This is math. Aside from whether you round up or not, everyone's chart should be the same.

What gives. I'll try to post links for the three charts if I can find them.

Two of the three charts are still on the web. The third is from cardplayer, but the chart no longer is posted. Here are the other two: Chart #1 and Chart #2.
