What was the best SERIES finale you ever saw?

Wasn't the office UK like 4 episodes? How is that even hard to write a series finale and make it different than any of the other episodes. Was there even any hype or pressure around it? Was there tons of build up leading to this last episode? zzzz

Also, I've never seen the Office UK even though I bought it several months ago on DVD.

There was def a lot of hype leading into it.

One of the first series ending twists was St. Elsewhere. The one where when it's over you go "You mean what I thought I watched for the last six years wasn't what I thought it was?" Classic.

The Mary Tyler Moore Show ended pretty well. Newhart and The Wonder Years were also very good endings.

If you count the Homicide TV movie they did like a year after the series ended, that one is up there for me. The actual series finale kinda sucked.
