AA .25 .50 To passive for multiway pot?

Trying to make someone fold is quite ridiculous on the flop, even BPNK could easily call 2 cold given this enormous pot.
I think the flop cap is fine but should be followed by tunrbet of course. Against 3 opponents this can be considered a value bet as long as you are winning the pot at least every third time or so. That might seem unrealistic given your reads but they don't seem really water-proof anyway.
