Newhizzle's collection methods are laughable. At some point, you have to punch a guy like Dustin in the mouth. That point was quite awhile ago.
Think about it like this: You're dealing with a random guy who won't do something he should do/you want him to do. There's no reasoning with him. He's made up his mind that he's not going to do whatever it is you want him to do pretty much no matter what you do to him. He's decided you're a chump and he's going to ignore you. How do you impose your will? The vast majority of people aren't equipped to deal with random guy who won't do what you want him to do. If you are one of these people, don't put yourself in this spot by loaning degen's money.

Way to much public interest in this matter for Mark to hire goons or whatver, heŽll crash and burn for it.
NW seems like a douche but he also seems at least moderately afraid of bad publicity, even if the reason for this is that he wont be able to scam others if they know what an ass he is, so he might actually pay up. If he doesnŽt - why not make it a legal matter somehow? Lawsuit etc.. Mark you could OWN neverwinpoker.com! Whee

its really hard to feel sorry for newhizzle after reading taht entire blog post.
"so dustin was in the hole 50k, and said he wanst gonna pay it back. then we were cool again, and then next week he hacked my account for 40k. then we went bowling and made 10k bets. then he scammed me again and we werent cool. so then me and him split our heads up action vs cassidy and lost even more." etc etc
