Default NL25 - Top pair, good fold?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

MP2 ($7)
Hero ($25)
Button ($28.10)
SB ($4.60)
BB ($65.15)
UTG ($24.85)
UTG+1 ($5.90)
MP1 ($24.75)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.25, UTG+1 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $1</font>, Hero (poster) calls $0.75, Button calls $1, SB calls $0.90, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG calls $0.75, UTG+1 folds.

SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $27.1</font>, SB folds, UTG folds, MP2 folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $38.85

No read on the villian. What do you think he could have? I'm thinking either a set, nut flush draw or AQ.

seems like a very easy fold in my opinion. THough I probably just call the flop raise. But raising might be the better play to chase out flush draws.
