Yah, what with them using their player's cards and the cameras watching OP run away from security and get into his car and speed off there's NO WAY they could have pinned it on him had it not been for the SNITCH! CRUCIFY HIM!

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah, the cops are gunna waste all their time on that [censored], put out an APB on a the description of his car. Gimmie a [censored] break. Its not like OP stole money or knifed someone, he threw a beer and was drunk. The police arent going to waste any valuable time on something that stupid.

Breach of the peace = disorderly conduct = anything your mother wouldn't approve of.

I doubt all the people that are hating on the snitch have a whole ton of real life experience with the police. Everyone talks a big game about knowing your rights until you get detained for the first time and there's literally nothing you can do about it. Good luck sueing the state for wrongful detainment or whatever other happy frappy made up TV show horse crap you're spouting off about. If the kid didn't hand over his phone or whatever I'm sure they'd just take him to the station and make his life hell and threaten to arrest him for obstruction or impeding an investigation or whatever.

And I mean really, his FRIEND should be the one apoligizing to HIM for getting him mixed up in this mess in the first place. Sounds like the dude physically threatened the elderly, threw his cards, was out of control, threw beer on casino staff, ran from the cops/security, and went speeding out of there drunk off his ass? Christ almighty.

QFT.

However, being friends with someone like TJ means the problem is rooted deeper; and the mentality of many people in this thread are an expression of such problems.

Yeah it does, and I don't care about "legally" or "morally", but it's obvious that he was totally out of line even when he tells the story from his own point of view.

What it doesn't mean is, that he's a bad guy/douche in general, but he acted very stupidly this time.
