BB checks,

Should I be afraid because BigBlind cold-called my TPwK?
He acts like he had floped TP with a good kicker or even sets. I did a PSB to get Info where I stand

Was it ok not to check, but to PSB the turn?
Looks like I am beaten, any good arguments not to fold on the river?

dont minraise preflop, i probably just fold. As played check behind on turn and try to get to showdown cheaper.

I don't get the min-raise preflop. Flop raise depends on the player, imo. Turn I check behind. As played I prolly fold the river. He told you three times now that he likes his hand.

ATo is not good enough to raise pre versus one limper for isolation ? I think I'm ahead of his range and I'll have position on him ...
I'm used to make such plays preflop versus guys with bad stats or if I have notes on them.
But I dunno, ATo is nothing else then an ace with a weak kicker right, so maybe folding this would save me money in the long shot I'm not quite sure ... at least I know I'd never ever minraise.
As played I find it suspices that BB - who coldcalled preflop, c/c the flop after a bet/raise ... then c/c again a PSB on the turn ... and then lead the river, looks like he took you to valuetown here ...
I think he got a monster like 44 55 45 or AA (blah I know its unlikly but its not impo. ) ... his line looks very strong to me ...
call pre oop, c/c oop after bet/raise, call a PSB on turn ... donk river for half the pot ... damng, im sure your ATo isnt ahead in 20% of the time lol
