Default 0.50-1.00NL 88, flopped a set

I've only been at the table for maybe 20 minutes at most. Villain seems pretty tight and hasn't done anything out of line. How is my play here?

Party Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

SB: $51.10
BB: $188.52
Hero (UTG): $100.43
CO: $107.71
BTN: $78.63

Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $4</font>, 2 folds, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3

Flop: ($12) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">BB bets $9</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $27</font>, SB calls $27, <font color="red">BB raises to $184.52 and is All-In</font>, Hero calls $69.43 and is All-In, SB calls $20.10 and is All-In

I figure that villain may have a smaller set because I don't think villain would play a made flush this fast. I also think this could be bluff possibly with Ah in hand. Is this play a spew? Thanks in advance for any comments and help.

I dont really see any other way to play it, even tho BB is never bluffing anything here (you and SB are both pretty much commited ), you are most likely getting 2.2:1 on a call, and even if he has a flush thats good enough, plus hell have an underset a decent amount of the time
