From what I can gather Creed is not playing a character. He really is a burnout who has no ablity to handle any lines. Everything he says on the show is either ad libbed and his real reaction or his lines have to be coached to him seconds before the shot.

Very good episode, a bit lacking in plot development, but lots of classic lines.

I'm in the "good not great" camp, but everyone has highlighted some really great stuff. There was something about it that just didn't make it awesome to me, for whatever reason.
