Agree, I want him pot commited, he's not gonna fold to the min re-raise, and if he does, he damn sure aint gonna call a push. Pushing with 700 back lets him get off too cheap and makes it tough to call unless he has 33 in his pocket.

It seems very likely that he has a 3, given that you have two of the tens, and he was in the big blind so all the 3's are still in his range pre. The only line I would reccomend NOT taking is call turn, c/r river as live donks can be sick passive on river v-bets.
