Default Offline-Coaching anyone?

I'm looking for a coach who helps me improve my game at full-ring 200NL (4-6 tabling). I'm making a decent profit through bonuses, but my winrate is somewhat lower as it could be (still positive though).

Since I'm from Germany (timezone GMT+1), the ideal coaching for me would be:

- I capture sessions on video and the coach reviews them, then we discuss over AIM
- I send him my complete hand histories for stats analysis

Ideally, this would be done regularly, e.g. a video of a 2-hour session every two weeks. The coach could give me some pointers and then we could re-evaluate my progress after two weeks.

Has anyone done this kind of coaching before? Anyone interested? How much would it cost?
