Nothing too special about this hand. But im running into this alot lately. Game is extremely aggressive. Alot of 3 betting. Villian is running 33/25/3. I elected to fold. Opinions?

agreed, i'd fold unless you had double everyone else's stack on the table and then it's still only 50/50. much more sound play to fold here considering your position.

pf: fold, you should be concerned with UTG 4-betting, etc.

Value from medium pairs is earned when you stack overpairs. When Mp 3-towns, his range is larger than JJ+, it includes AJ, which take away the pot on the flop with a cbet.
