He might have AJ or QQ and is scared of the turn. He also may have AQ/AT/77/55 and is now betting/bluffing the river since everyone else is passive. I call partially because there is a decent chance I'm ahead after he checked the turn, and partially to figure out what's up.

I also 3-bet preflop too, which changes about everything.

Pf: I usually 3-bet for value and to get BB out. If UTG+2 is very tight with his raises pf calling is ok.

Flop: This is a good flop for us. We have an OESD and only one pretty 'harmless' OC. I would once again raise (that is CR) for value.

Turn: as played a check is fine.

River: Since no-one bet the turn I would think I'm still good. I think villains may want to showdown Ax combos, so I would bet for value. If raised I would fold. As played I think u need to call the bet. Vilains turn check is really weak so I think we are good 1/6.

In summary: I think u need to be more aggro in this hand to get full value. You played a little bit to scared and passive. U can't count on vilains doig all the work for u, especially not when u are out of position.

I think this is an easy call, especially given CO folds.

Also 3-pop pf and hand plays differently.
