Default $27 - QQ in the BB Facing Some Action

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t1900)
CO (t2505)
Button (t6125)
SB (t1580)
Hero (t1390)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">UTG folds</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to t350</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to t600</font>

This was my first game with both players and so I didn't have any reads on either other than neither had done anything donkish up until this point. My plan was to push over CO before SB's raise but min-raising with that much of his stack raised some red flags. Push or fold? Also what would your pushing range be?
