No deposit freerolls for US players?

Or minimum deposit freerolls. Do any sites offer them? If so, which? I remember a post from about a year ago that mentioned this, but I have no idea where that is or whether or not they still offer it.

What makes WSEX so good?

A friend of mine, who has little poker experience is looking to take the game up and I suggested he look for sites that offer freerolls since he's had enough of the play money. I don't think he should invest any of his money yet and I think WSEX requires a deposit
