Default NL100 small overpair on drawy flop

I am real confused what to do in these spots.

Villian is a solid regular running at 25/22/6 over 40 hands
He squeezed me 1 time but nothing out of line really.

Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BB: $142.30
UTG: $173.90
Hero (CO): $100
BTN: $105.40
SB: $138.65

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $4, BTN calls $4, SB calls $3.50, BB folds

Flop: ($13) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $11, BTN folds, SB raises to $31, Hero ?

Lets take a look at his range.

I believe that 99,JJ+ are 3-betted by this villain nearly 100% of the time preflop so we don't have to worry about those hands.

I also don't doubt that he's 3-betting 66 a portion of time.

So the only hand we are really worried about is 33...

I'd say what we are most likely up against is some sort of combo draw so I like a shove here.

40 hands is a very small sample. How can you tell he's a solid regular?
We don't have a clue about his 3-betting range so we can't assume he'll 3 bet 66. I put him on a set or a combo draw like 45s/78s/8Ts/QJs and I fold.

If you shove and he calls (lots of hands he calls with here) you have like 20% - 25% equity.
You cant call because there are so many bad turns for you.
So i would just muck it.

Are you guys folding red JJ-AA here as well?

I'm thinking about calling and shoving any non-spade safe card. If you guys muck them too often here, a better player will pick up on it and pound away at you on boards like these. Oof, tough spot.

I fold JJ also. QQ-AA probably call and CRAI some turns and C/F others (like a spade, an 8, a 7....)

Why? What's his range when C/R`ing here that you would call with red QQ-AA but not TT and JJ?

Are you guys serious? The guy has a 6 AF, and you're thinking about mucking to a check raise on this board? You have position, call and see what he does on the turn.

I didn't realize he's in the blinds. I thought he's OTB.
Anyway because his AF I think he'll fire on too many turns.
What's your plan if a card like A-9,8,7,spade hits?
