Default Polltarding

I don't like the rule against making"stupid" polls in OOT. I might be a little biased because I actively encourage polltarding in Politics but it really doesn't accomplish anything. Pretty much any post can be made funnier or better by including a poll. It certainly doesn't make a post worse or more annoying.

The results are usually at least mildly amusing plus its fun to participate in a thread even if you don't have anything intelligent to put into a post. Bring back the polls!

iron,

polls encourage zero-content, zero-effort posts that don't generate good discussion or offer any insight into the topic. they are also more or less totally meaningless.

there is no ban on making a good poll. it's just that there are so many bad polls and bad posters who are polltards that there needs to be a specific clause in the OOT sticky to address it.

And YOU are qualified to judge if a poll is good or not?
As far as I remember from our past discussions, you are not even very intelligent.
