Default Re: Updated Cliff Notes On Absolute Poker Scandal (18th October)

for those that are interested in the spread of information on absolute poker, the website has just passed 50,000 page views.

this is in addition to people reading the information here, on pocketfives, or other websites that are now springing up.

it's impressive that the free market is giving so much attention to the issue, and i can only assume that this will be reflected in user choice in the future about which online gaming provider individuals will use.

The story is put online on a netherlands newspaper site:

I just read it. This is linked to geenstijl.nl, one of the biggest (if not the biggest) online news site in the netherlands. (note that they only publish controversial news, not the normal news you see in everyday media)

Just for the record I said I "believe" it was him. I met the guy for five minutes two years ago. At the time I met him he was about to play the Five Diamond. AP visor, sunglasses the whole bit. I am not sure that is him.

sorry uga, but what are you talking about? seems unclear right now.

Doing some Googling for news on this (a number of hits now) I ran across this item. Wouldn't have thought twice but considering what's been going on and the Montana connection, I thought this was interesting.

Note: Not implying anything here. Just an interesting news item.

Thanks for the updated cliff notes. I was actually fretting this morning that'd I'd have to wade through 1500+ posts.

I have nothing to add that hasn't already been said but all of this Scot Tom and hitman stuff needs to STOP IMMEDIATELY. MODS PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS ASAP!

1) Can I please get more appreciation for including both "Swongs are one thing" AND "sup bro" in a P5s podcast?

obviously the reason they had a "meeting" with P5's is because they know P5 is nothing but a bunch of braindead retards.
