Default painting apartments

how common is this? do ppl routinely re-paint their aparmtent walls when they move in so the place has some decent color besides the standard boring off-white?

is this even allowed most of the time?

sometimes your lease says you can, sometimes it says you can't, sometimes it says nothing.

in each of these circumstances there are people that paint their walls.

in some of those circumstances the landlord gets pissed and makes you paint them back to the original color.

It's like a choose your own adventure!

If you have a landlord that frequents your apartment then I would ask permission first, letting them know that you will repaint back to their color of choice when you leave, if the color you pick is unacceptable. Most leases will say that you can't paint without permission from my past experience.

1. is it really? cause im pretty sure 99.9999% of people that have played poker for 3 years aren't playing 1k/2k.

2. my not playing 1k/2k is the result of not dedicating myself and my time to studying poker as well as having lots of other pursuits. your having to ask this question is a result of either excessive glue sniffing or being dropped as a baby.
