Default AK against aggression on the flop

$1/$2 9 handed

I am on the button with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
3 folds, 2 limps, 1 fold, I raise, SB and BB call, limpers call

Flop comes 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB bets, BB calls, MP1 calls, MP2 raises, I 3-bet, all call
except MP1

turn comes Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
3 checks, I bet, SB folds, BB calls, MP2 raises, I ?????

Didnt have any reads, although the table seemed generally quite loose, with lots of ppl seeing the flop. Was the 3 bet on the flop too aggressive, or do i want to charge the flush draw as much as i can? When the flush comes in, is it worth playing on, even with the K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

They are all very good questions, wish I could answer them.

Sometimes I wonder if there are just some hands that are too hard to play.

No.

No. No one ever folds a flush draw in micro stakes games (unless it's a miniflush). The reason you 3-bet the flop is that you raised for value because there is no indication that you are beat. you have TPTK; if villain caps, reevaluate the turn.

Yes. the pot is way too big to fold here. You have the second nut flush draw in a 3-way pot. call and reevaluate the river.

Actually, given the action, if MP2 is straightforward, I might call the flop and raise the turn to protect my hand.

3bet with this board is default, but like infinity235 said, sometimes it's worth to call in order to potect your hand on the turn.

btw, Ed Miller wrote a post on "charging flush draws". I don't know where it is, maybe someone can post a link to it.
