Do you really want to? That would be pretty nitty. There really are only 2 hands you need to worry about 99 and 22.

I can see UTG having AK, KQ, and A2 here alot.

The more I think about the more I lean toward A2 over anything else.

If he had A2 - 40% of the time and 99 50% of the time with the other random hands you beat + 22 10% of the time, you have to get it all in here. I dont' think he folds A2 and I doubt he folds AK or KQ to a push.

For me, raising PF or just calling is table-dependent.

Definitely bet the flop. The only reason you should be checking is if you had reason to believe that someone behind will bet, so you can trap others or at least him for more money. Since no one showed any aggression PF you have no reason to believe this will happen, bet now and start building this pot.

Raise the turn, no one is committed at all so you are not trapping anyone by calling.

Definitely get it all in on the river. If you're going to lose set over set so be it. You are good here far more than you are behind especially since your actions in the hand have made you look weak.

Either way though, you're never laying down here. There is no straight or flush possibility and neither of you are anywhere near deep enough to consider folding.
