Default NL50 AQo TPTK mono flop, turn decision

villain is new to the table, no stats, no reads.

raise on the flop seems standard, maybe a little on the small side. I was hoping to get to a free river where I could call if he leads for a reasonable amount or vbet if he checks. this is a fold on the turn right? villain has ~25 total going into the turn.

That's some awful rake!! I see these flop donks quite a bit at stars, and I'll usually raise them as well (they fold a good % of the time here.) After he calls the raise and leads the turn, I fold. He's probably not going away if you raise, and if he had something like KhQx, he'd probably shove the flop.
