NFL Statistics
Does anyone know the answer to this:
If a wide receiver catches a pass and runs for 40 yards and then fumbles it, does he get credit for 40 receiving yards? Does the QB get credit for 40 passing yards? Does anyone know of a site that shows how the NFL defines various statistics (sacks, QB rating, etc)? I searched Google, but could only find NFL stats on players, not how the NFL actually calculates/defines their various statistical categories. Thanks all, --Headhunter |

Re: NFL Statistics
How are Hook N Ladders scored? What if the lateral is like 9 yards backwards?

How are Hook N Ladders scored? What if the lateral is like 9 yards backwards? [/ QUOTE ] I believe the negative laderal yards do not count. In play-by-play data I think it just denotes there was a lateral. |
