Playing limit with no raising-read if you play live in Western Canada

Assume you were playing a very soft limit full ring game(like a live 10/20 game with mostly people who don't play poker regularly) and were never allowed to bet/raise(opponents are still allowed to bet/raise obv.).

If you were to practice this style and get very good at it(errr, I guess its hard not to be good with so few options) what kind of long term winrate do you think you could achieve?

Also, for any people who play live at Casino Regina or River Rock casino, have you played live with a guy called Bus Driver Bob(Bob Craig)?

Does he crush as much as I have heard?

I agree that you couldn't be profitable, but how unprofitable do you think you would be? -1BB/100, -5BB/100?

I have to think about it a little more, but I'm pretty sure I'd be willing to bet significant money that I can play 100 hours live, in games I choose, and break even without betting or raising.
