Could be JT...And a very small chance of AA.
I think i just call here, it's mostly air or nuts type of thing.I think he plays a smaller set stronger and he would probably just bet aces up on the river.

i think he puts u on AK/AJ/AT by how you've played it and expects u to VB if he checks but just call if he bets. this doesn't really narrow it down though because he may well do this with a smaller set as well as JT. air is also possible since he doesn't expect u to fold to a river bet but possibly to a check raise if u have just AK/AJ. overall i'd just shove we do have the third nuts lol. also AA is extremely unlikely IMO since u r both quite deep he'd wanna build the pot up preflop OOP.
