Default what to do with flopped straight on scary turn?

Villain is a LAG player. He had shown quite good play during previous hour, where he won many big pots. In one hand he called pot sized raise on flop with top 2 pair (low cards 9 and 6 or something). So, was my flop play ok and what should I have done on turn?

Full Tilt Poker - Pot Limit Omaha Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Ugggh. I really don't see villain having a boat here. I love the variance train and would shove and expect to see some 8 and flush draw combo here.

Shoving as a default seems like a major leak! Doing what you describe here now and again is one thing but are you really advocating shoving as a default in this situation

Reading helps as I'm obviously not advocating shove all the time the board pairs lol. Just in this hand, if villian filled on turn is he really leading for pot? No, and for this hand I gave the hand he will most likely see.

As I had been playing tight in this session I decided to fold.
