My only other hand versus this villain. He raised from MP I called in the co/button he full potted a 826 rainbow board I folded. He went down to 15 seconds before acting on the flop and turn.

Your line doesnt look that strong, so i dunno how often this guy will bluff you.
On the other hand, i don`t know why he would bet the turn AND river with AK/AJ ish hands, when he could have made a simple cbet and try to take it down on the flop.
I put him on a strong hand here, because it would be weird to take this line with a bluff.
Saying this, people don`t always play rational, but it just doesn`t look like he wants you to fold.

Normally I would 3-bet preflop.

You haven't defined your hand at all. You should have bet the flop for 1/2 pot or 2/3 pot.

Whether you call the river really depends on how aggressive you think villain is. I think more often he will show up with a monster or Air in this situation. I don't see AA, KK, AQ betting that river.

in order to fold the best hand to a cr...checking is definitely better imho
