First nl200 worked just fine for me. Then I started loosing big time. There were some coolers but now I am startig to question my hole gamebecause I lose every single session.

Strange thing is that I also lose at almost every single table:

Could this be because I am way to tight?

Sometimes I think that without rakeback and boni i would still play nl25 which was the last limit i clearly beated.

I appreciated every hint.

Best idea is to post hands in the NL cash forum, looks like you are bleeding from the blinds.

Take a look at your play..you are winning every position except the blinds..thats because six max is not meant for your style of play. Move to full ring, and you can avoid being in the blinds so often! Or, definitely loosen up and adjust to the aggressive six max game and defend your damn blinds!

Isn't that the reason he's losing so much from the blinds? He's playing too many hands OOP.

Since the blinds seems to be one of the reason, please tell me if my blinddefense is ok.

You are reaaaaaly tight and not aggro enough for 6max. Either open up or if you are not comfortable with that, move to full ring. You will be able to play more hands anyways and you can play tight nad still win at full ring. SHorthanded, one or two guys can run over the table if you are playing too tight. Also, read Super/System 2 NLHE section. It will give you some great psycology for aggression.

Do the stats look better now? Basicly what I have done is to play more aggressive ip preflop. It is only one short session but i made profit on a larger percentage of the tables i am playing on now. Is this a step in the right direction? Do I have to play even looser? Any comment is welcome.

Your flop AF seems very very high. From those stats it looks as if you're full pot betting any flop and giving up if called.

It may well be a step in the right direction but its not just as easy as going, hmm playing too tight, i'll play a lot of more hands. I don't think you can just adjust like that.

Try reading Pokey's articles on blind stealing too here and also the link contained within his post.

I think the greater majority of time someone asks if it's variance or bad play it's bad play.

I find that people that ask this question really haven't developed just how to analyze hands street by street. If you're not really confident in doing that, assume it's your play and go through it with a fine toothed comb.
