Is this a good spot to get all in? Or should I just call and re-evaluate on the turn? Second orbit...no reads...

Well, I get all-in here. He might be seeing if his low king is good or something else, but since there's spades then I wouldn't let him see another street for free.

is there any merit to seeing if a spade or 9 falls on the turn and then making a nice turn bet? we're OOP, so villain could be doing this with a flush draw, but if we move in now, he can still call and be getting about the right price.

not to mention that bare kings are the kinds of hands that we'd like to leave in with us. With no reads on whether villain can fold after making a min-raise, i think calling and shoving a blank turn card has some nice advantages. we're going broke against a set on this board anyway, we might as well try to leave some weaker hands in with us.
