raketracker full tilt tracker question

I set up a tracker w/ rt.com like 4 days ago, deposited and played some hands to see if the tracker would update. Nothing so far, and I can't seem to get in touch with raketracker support. Anybody know how often the FT trackers update, and when was the last time they updated? I'm beginning to think something went wrong when I signed up.

I would not be worried its only been a couple of days..The updates are not always every day and IIRC at the beg of a new month there is always a delay..I am not with Raketracker but another affiliate..If you follwed the instructions every thing will be fine..

Full Tilt is having issues with thier reports. They are 1 day+ behind, also the reports they had so far for December are all totally blank. It is not just raketracker

OK, thanks guys.

One question though. I downloaded the FT client from a clean computer (cleared cookies anyway) when I made my account, but when I logged in for the first time, I logged in on my normal computer, with a FT client that's been on my CPU for months. I'm pretty sure I didn't download it through an affiliate link though. Would this have an effect on me being tracked properly?

If you have already created the account you shouldn't have any worries. Also, like the others say at the begining of the month it is alittle slow to update at RT and updates seem to be about every other day or so.

You got any updates for us on the FT stats situation?

Full Tilt has told me they are 3+ days behind on the reports due to a database upgrade. They believe it should get caught up by the weekend. Only time will tell.

hey guys,

we are updating FTP daily now, but have not received a correct report this month. we were told this issue would be worked out by the 'end of the week'.
