Default Still Underpaid At Absolute Poker; No Communication

Absolute Poker has underpaid me by a minimum of $8,000.00. I feel that they also owe me at least $5,000.00 more than the aforementioned $8k in non-HU pots where I was squeezed out of multiway pots.

Absolute poker promised me a callback last month when they made their reparations and have yet to do so. I've since sent eight emails to support with not a single reply.

I've also gotten my affiliate involved in this effort to contact ownership of VegasPoker 24/7 regarding other financial matters. VegasPoker 24/7 has also been ignoring my emails regarding the cheating, a promised VIP program that was due in Nov., as well as a promised 9% interest match up to $100k (in response to AP's interest program).

We need to continue to put pressure on them to make amends. Please share your unsatisfactory experiences with Absolute Poker and skins here and lets keep the pressure on until they properly compensate us all for this egregious offense to their customers and the entire online poker community.

They owe me at a minimum of 4k. They've never sent me any money and it doesn't make any sense why they paid some and not others.

I have been unable to receive my funds from Absolute Poker since October 2007. I am so stressed about this. I tried to cash out funds right after reading the "cheating scandal" in Oct. 2007 .... it's been months.

I don't know why you assume I hadn't heard of this. The only thing I hadn't heard was that they were refunding monies.

The owners of absolute poker stole a million dollars plus from us by looking at our hole cards.

Also, I've still gotten nothing but canned email responses, 4-7 days after each email. This is retarded.

Got a canned reply;

I finally responded with cursing and internet forum threats. I'm tired of being a nice guy. I also enquired as to the whereabouts of Brent Beckley who owes me that $200 dinner comp that I was promised. Canned cheese below:

"Dear Mr. Brown,

Thank you for contacting us back.

Although the investigation and audit is still underway, we believe that
we have identified all the accounts in question and the time period
where they were able gain an unfair advantage and have started the refund
process. We are starting by refunding affected multi-player
tournaments, and then will concentrate on ring games and heads-up tournaments.

We have engaged a third party auditor, Gaming Associates, an
acknowledged world-wide expert in audits, interactive gaming tests, and
information security. Gaming Associates will provide an audit report to the
Kahnawake Gaming Commission and to Absolute Poker, and will verify that
the security breach has been corrected and will assist in determining
every game where any player gained an unfair advantage.

We deeply regret this situation has occurred and hope that this
satisfies your request. Thank you for your patience, loyalty and
understanding in this matter, we will be sure to keep you updated as the
investigation continues.

Absolute Poker Management"
