Default Neteller Change in Policy

Has anyone else had hassles with their Neteller account over the past few days? It seems they have frozen mine due to new limits (which I breached with a single transaction) and the only way I can upgrade it and unlock it, is to provide bank details for them to do a verification? This is despite my offer to provide any documentation they need.

I just had to provide them my docs as well. Their communication regarding this sucked, but i got it all resolved today.

There isn't even a single mention of it under their "important member updates" link. More excellent customer service.

I've noticed in the past few days that my account type has changed from premier or premium or whatever to extended.

What account type is yours and how much was the limit?

I have had similar experience. Their upgrade seems like there is no option but to register your bank account. I am on an expess account at the moment and have to upgrade for my account to be any use. It seems ridiculous as I have used my account with no problem up till now and have it verified with the required documents.
