Jeez guys, lay off Gild. I had never noticed a problem with Lionel until a couple weeks ago either. You'll note that there aren't any mod notes on his account until about three weeks ago. This guy flaked, Gild wanted to give an otherwise good poster who had a bad couple weeks every opportunity. I think Gild handled it well and I'm surprised Lionel continued to screw around after the 5 days.

Haha, I like how the first one was a violation of TOS even though it was a paint. I've always wondered what sort of program they have in place to weed out inappropriate photos. It has to be fairly complex. It's not like some dude is sitting there going through everyone's album.

Here's the thing. This idea that having some standards of basic decency when it comes to what can be posted here and nuking accounts of people who violate them is somehow going to hurt 2+2 by driving away valuable posters is just silly. That's all.

Haha, I never check BBV4L, so I had no idea about this guy and just went by what was written here that this was a high-quality poster who just out of the blue lost it and posted a bestiality pic.

Looking at the threads bumped today, I'm just totally WTF. This is why you thought this guy shouldn't be punished much for posting horse porn?

dude I really didn't feel like I was pushing any boundaries with either of those threads. The drawing in the picture last night was just of a woman's butt being hit with a cane. It was labeled as nsfw. I suppose that it's easily classified as "porn," but there weren't any private parts being shown and it was nothing nasty. I could definitely see how mspainting something hardcore would be grounds for this punishment.

I wish you had told me that the sex toy thread was borderline because I wouldn't have posted the second thread if I had known. The things painted in the the two threads were essentially the same thing, which is probably what caused me to think that the second thread would be alright.

Whatever. If this account is permabanned, then so be it. I'll be back on another account. Is it acceptable for me to post on my new account "conspicuously" as Lionel Hutz? (much like how Kane Kung Fu has been banned numerous times on numerous accounts but he's still allowed to post as TheLebowski even though everyone knows it's him). Or do I have to sneak around about it, like Dan Bright did when he was banned?

I really do want to be within the rules. I'm not about pushing limits and I'm not about being an antagonist. I just have a strange sense of humor that falls somewhere on the margins of acceptability. I try to post within those margins but I guess I [censored] up on this one.
