2+2 China Olympics Trip

hey everyone, i am probably going to china for the olympics this coming august 8 to august 24. this is because the olympics are amazing and will be great, plus china kicks ass, especially beijing, i haven't been there but this fact is self evident. how to get tickets for the events is confusing though, and i think it will end up being done via the guys who sell tickets illegally outside of the games. since it is the olympics and awesome they will probably be expensive so my friends won't be in a position to go and who better to ask then rich young high stakes poker players with no responsibility or care for money. so who is interested?

maybe i can do this but i'm more interested if anyone knows anything about things to do in china for a good time in terms of night life

i'm going to be traveling there a few times for my job i think

jmxthievez, i once went to china i know they have karoke places where you rent private rooms and karoke with a girl or whatever, they serve you complimentary popcorn and beer if you want. also i remember one night i was in china with a couple of friends one who spoke chinese. we were in an empty bar and bars were new to me at the time so i felt out of place. then my friend talked to the bartenders and they gave me odd looks. my friend told me it was a gay bar and insinuated that he was telling them i was gay. funny stuff, later he explained that it was a normal bar and he was only telling them i was looking for a gay bar, which explained their looks.

Actually, the Special Olympics are on in China this August. I wonder if thats what he's talking about?
