A recent study has shown that wearing underwear inside out the next day instead of throwing it the wash is actually healthier because some soap always stays on the fabric and casues monor skin irritation. But after you've worn them for a day the soap residue has worn off. You could keep the same side for day 3 if you have no skid marks...

I'm so glad we have enough toilet paper in Germany. If one of my undies ever had skid marks I'd rip it off my body and burn it at the spot.
