Default Where to make a thread about my new website?

I just launched a new poker-related website Deleted and I'd like to know what is an appropriate forum to make a thread to let people know about it, without incuring the wrath of mods. If possible I'd prefer a forum that gets a decent amount of traffic for obvious reasons. I'm not selling anything. Also, is it acceptable to have my website's url in my signature?

Can you explain why it would be spam? I'm not a commercial enterprise, I'm not selling anything at least not yet. How do top players get exposure for their blogs, for instance? Poker forums would seem to be the best place.

Any posted links to any website you control is considered spam, even if it isn't commmercial. If you wish, you may put the website in your homepage field in your profile and that's about it. Some strat forums will allow you to link to some websites in their sticky, but you have to ask them.

You may not post website links and signatures are completely disabled so forget about that.
