poker tracker not importing all hands

i just installed poker tracker this week and for some reason its not importing all my hands. i know for a fact i played a little over 2000 hands and won a little over $60. in my poker tracker database it shows 1873 hands and me only winning $7. when i was playing i would occasionally look at poker tracker and i seen it flash something about an error. is this the problem? if so how do i fix it?
